Professional Photography
High quality photos are one of the most important factors in how your home is perceived online. I coordinate professional photography for you through a trusted vendor and pass along discounted pricing, with the cost paid directly by you. Most packages average around $200.00

Lockbox Access
A real estate lockbox allows licensed agents to securely access your home and provides a record of who has entered. I arrange for installation and removal through my vendor. There is no charge for the lockbox itself, though there may be a service fee for delivery if not combined with photography.

For Sale Sign
A yard sign helps capture local interest and can generate calls from unrepresented buyers. Installation and removal are handled through my vendor to ensure everything is done professionally and on time.

Open House Opportunities
Open houses can be a useful tool depending on the property and market conditions. I can promote your open house if you choose to host it yourself, or I can coordinate with another agent to hold it for you. There is no additional cost for this service.
