I am Arizona’s original ½% listing agent.

When I first entered real estate, I followed the traditional model like real estate agents are taught. But it did not take long for me to realize it did not feel right. The commission structure did not match the way the business was actually being done, and I could not justify it to myself. I also wanted to set myself apart by doing things differently. At the same time, I saw the other side of the industry with discount and minimal service programs. Homeowners were often left without answers, struggling to get calls returned or questions addressed. I experienced this firsthand when I submitted an offer on a property and could not get a response. As a result, my client chose to move on and ultimately purchased another home. That is when I built my ½% listing model.

The industry had already shifted. We no longer walk around with three ring binders. We work from home offices, market online, and handle documents digitally. But the commission structure never really changed, and I could not justify taking that much money from people for the way real estate is done today. Instead, I chose a different path. I built my business on volume, not on chasing a single large payday. My focus has always been simple: deliver real value, do the job right, and give homeowners a better option. 

 

With over 700 successful transactions, including many off-MLS deals, I bring a depth of experience that supports the systems and processes I use in my business. That experience is what led me to create tools that go beyond traditional real estate services. I am the author of Modern Day FSBO (For Sale By Owner), a book designed to educate homeowners on the selling process so they can make informed decisions, whether they choose to sell on their own or work with an agent.

I am also the founder of TransAction Navigator, a system designed to provide structure and organization throughout the transaction process. It gives homeowners and agents a centralized place to track progress, documents, and key steps so nothing gets missed.
