When choosing an agent to help you to purchase a home or an investment property be sure and consider the agents record of closed transactions. Also, is this the agent you will actually be dealing with? Or do they have a team of people they refer you out to and you hardly speak to the agent. I do use Showing Agents to help me be in more than one place but you will be dealing with me directly.

NEW HOME BUYERS: Don't go it alone. You should have someone on your side that you can trust when dealing with a new home builder. It does not cost you anything to have me represent you and as a matter of fact I have found situations where I saved my client from additional fees the builder was charging on more than one occasion. I can many times help with your closing costs or upgrades up to 20% of the commission amount. Be sure and call me BEFORE you go visit that new home subdivision. If I don't accompany you on the first trip in they won't allow me to represent you. Once I accompany you the first time you can go back over and over again without me.
